Behaviour Consultation & Training Session
What to Expect During Your First 90-Minute Session
Our first session is designed to help us understand both the dog and the owner before recommending the most effective training plan. The session combines behavioural assessment, practical training, and goal planning so that owners leave with clear strategies to begin improving their dog’s behaviour immediately.
Session Overview (90 Minutes)
Part 1 - Owner Consultation & Behaviour History
We begin by understanding the dog’s background and the specific challenges you are facing.
This helps us identify patterns that may be influencing the dog’s behaviour.
Part 2 - Behavioural Assessment
Next, we observe the dog’s natural responses in different situations.
This allows us to identify the underlying cause of the behaviour, not just the visible symptoms.
Part 3 - Practical Training & Handling Techniques
Once we understand the behaviour patterns, we begin practical training during the session.
Our goal during this stage is to demonstrate techniques and guide the owner through applying them correctly.
Part 4 - Training Strategy & Goal Planning
At the end of the session, we review what we observed and outline a clear path forward.
If additional training sessions are recommended, we will also explain how these sessions will build on the work started during the consultation.

Home Foundations Program
Building Calm Behaviour and Clear Communication at Home
Designed for puppies and owners who are beginning their training journey, especially those who are not yet ready to join group environments. Rather than simply teaching commands, we guide both the dog and owner in building the structure needed for long-term behavior success.
During this program, we focus on helping dogs develop calm behaviour, clear communication with their owners, and good household habits.

Many graduates of the Home Foundations Program progress to our Structured Day Program, where dogs practise their training through controlled socialisation, structured routines, and confidence-building activities.
Urban Reliability Program
Building Calm Behaviour and Clear Communication Outdoors
The Urban Reliability Program is designed to help dogs develop calm and reliable behaviour during everyday walks and outdoor activities. While many dogs respond well to training at home, maintaining focus and engagement outdoors can be more challenging due to environmental distractions.
This program focuses on strengthening communication between the dog and owner while helping dogs learn how to remain calm, responsive, and engaged during walks and in outdoor environments.

The Advanced Urban Control Program is designed to help dogs develop reliable obedience and strong impulse control in busy public environments. While many dogs can perform well in quieter settings, maintaining calm behaviour and focus in highly stimulating environments can be more challenging.
This program focuses on strengthening the dog’s ability to remain engaged with the owner, respond consistently to cues, and regulate excitement despite everyday urban distractions.

Modifying Unwanted Behaviors
A structured program designed to address behavioural challenges such as barking, leash pulling, reactivity, and anxiety. Training focuses first on improving the owner’s handling skills, followed by building better behaviour within the home, and finally guiding the dog to respond more calmly in real-world situations. This approach creates consistent and lasting behaviour change for both dog and owner.
