No Refund & Package Validity Policy

At Woof Academy, we are committed to providing structured training programs and professional services designed to support the development of both dogs and their owners. Due to the nature of our services and the allocation of limited training slots, all purchases made with Woof Academy are non-refundable.

Once a program, package, or service has been purchased, the reserved training sessions, program placements, or daycare slots are considered confirmed and cannot be refunded.

Training Programs & Packages

All training programs, private training packages, behaviour consultations, and behavioural programs are non-refundable once purchased.

Training progress depends on the consistency and participation of both the dog and owner, and results may vary depending on each individual case.

Package Validity & Expiry

To ensure consistency and training progress, all training packages must be completed within the following validity periods:

• 5-Session Training Programs – Valid for 12 weeks from the date of the first session
• Hybrid / Custom Training Packages – Valid for 24 weeks from the date of the first session
• Behaviour Modification Programs – Valid for 24 weeks from the date of the first session

Any unused sessions remaining after the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be extended or refunded, unless otherwise approved by Woof Academy.

Day School & Daycare Services

Bookings for Day School and Daycare services reserve a limited slot within our program. As a result, all confirmed bookings and packages are non-refundable.

Packages must be utilised within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Missed or Cancelled Sessions

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice may be forfeited.

Where sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule the session subject to trainer availability.

Non-Transferable Purchases

All programs, packages, and services are non-transferable and may only be used by the dog registered under the original booking unless otherwise approved by Woof Academy.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a dog is deemed unsuitable for a particular program due to safety or welfare concerns, Woof Academy reserves the right to recommend an alternative service. Any adjustments made will be at the sole discretion of Woof Academy.

Agreement

By purchasing any service or program from Woof Academy, clients acknowledge and agree to this No Refund and Package Validity Policy.
